Now, when I installed these mods using FOMM (Except for one in particular) I happened to start my game and find out, I can't use my pip-boy. Fallout Tactics contains a modified version of the 2000 model, called Pip-Boy 2000BE, while Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas uses a Pip-Boy 3000. Yesterday I visited New-vegas nexus like I always do every day, and downloaded two seperate mods.
